The Bellevue Gold Project is situated 400 km northwest of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia and sits within a high-grade gold and nickel district on the prolific Wiluna-Norseman gold belt.
The Project consists of a CIL Process Facility and supporting infrastructure to process 1-1.2Mtpa of underground and open pit ore.
Infrastructure includes 330–400 room accommodation village, tailings storage facility, roads, and a high renewables power solution consisting of thermal, solar and wind generation and energy storage. The thermal power generation consists of trucked LNG and diesel backup.
Increva’s team provided:
- Study management of Stage 1 and Stage 2 Feasibility Study
- Execution-phase project management of all processing facilities and infrastructure for the Project
- Development of a tiered suite of standardised contract packages for use on the Project, with review and approval by owner’s council
- Schedule critical review, development and ongoing management for full project scope
