David Paget
Director and Project Manager
Mechanical Engineer with a master’s degree in project management and 30 years of experience in the resources sector, including in-office and extensive site and workshop-based project management as he worked with many of Australia’s largest mining companies. He has experience in fabrication, construction, project engineering, project management, contract management, site management and scheduling.
His project management experience includes estimating, procurement, scheduling, budget establishment and control, preparation of contract documentation, contractor evaluation, selection and control, transport and logistics, and reporting.

Experience includes feasibility studies, project management, planning, cost control, contract management, fabrication management, remote location logistics management, and construction engineering.
Guy has a unique ability to connect economic processing and infrastructure solutions to geology and mining. He leads Increva’s drive to implement high renewable power solutions to new and existing mines.
Roy Pascoe
Principal – Power & Electrical
As Increva’s Principal for Power and Electrical, Roy provides specialised client-side services for remote hybrid power generation in mining operations and townships. Prior to joining Increva he led a large and very successful IPP and brings a unique perspective and facilitation capability to the client.
He is a Senior Manager within the resources, construction and power generation industries. Skilled in understanding and managing critical risks with an innate capacity to scrutinise core issues, devise creative and realistic solutions, while stimulating buy-in and support from key stakeholders. Roy is skilled in operational and strategic leadership and is able to build strong, effective long-lasting stakeholder relationships.
Roy joined Increva in 2023 with a wealth of knowledge to expand Increva’s hybrid power capacity.

Mark has a strong background in direct works, taking a lead role and being responsible for schedule, cost, quality, and safety outcomes.
