His strengths include project execution strategy, contracting strategy, planning and commercial negotiation. His project management experience includes Owner, Engineer and Contractor roles in the gold, base metals, iron ore and bauxite industries, including civil, structural, mechanical, piping and building disciplines.
Prior to Increva, his experience included consulting engineering, civil construction contracting, multi-disciplined fabrication and construction contracting.

David Paget
Director and Senior Project/Study Manager
Senior Study/Project Manager with a master’s degree in project management and 30 years of experience across small and large-scale mining projects within Australia and internationally. He has experience in study management, project management, contract management, site management, construction, scheduling and fabrication.
David’s study and project management experience includes estimating, procurement, scheduling, budget establishment and control, preparation of contract documentation, contractor evaluation, selection and control, transport and logistics, and reporting.

Guy Ware
Director and Project Development Manager
Project Development Manager with 20 years of experience, including 10+ years of client-side project/study management. His strengths include strategic economic analysis, project execution strategy and strategic planning.
His background experience includes feasibility studies, project management, planning, cost control, contract management, fabrication management, remote location logistics management, and construction engineering. Guy has a unique ability to connect economic processing and infrastructure solutions to geology and mining.

Mark Kilroy
Project Manager
Project Manager with 25 years of experience including Owner, Engineer and Contractor roles. Mark has a strong background in direct works, taking a lead role and being responsible for schedule, cost, quality and safety outcomes. He is experienced with contractor management, plans and reporting, and commercial documentation.
His most recent roles at Increva include Project Manager for the Rox Resources Youanmi Gold Project and the Bellevue Gold Project.
Rod Young
Construction Manager
Rod has 20+ years of experience in multi-discipline construction leadership roles within mining and oil and gas. He has electrical and instrumentation expertise spanning over 20 years.
He was the client-side Construction Manager for Increva on the Bellevue Gold Project, managing and coordinating contractors across processing, NPI, tailings dam, and power infrastructure including solar farm and wind farm. This role was the primary interface between the client and the construction contractors.

David Tindiglia
Project Manager
David is a Project Management Professional with 15+ years of multi-facetted project experience for small and large-scale mining projects within Australia and internationally. He has a strong focus on project delivery, safety, quality and client satisfaction. David diligently strives to provide high-performance outputs, focus on project objectives, and provide leadership by example.
David joined Increva in 2024 and is continuing to grow and expand his project management portfolio.
Power & Electrical:

Roy Pascoe
Principal – Power & Electrical
As Increva’s Principal for Power and Electrical, Roy provides specialised client-side services for remote hybrid power generation in mining operations and townships. Prior to joining Increva he led a large and very successful IPP and brings a unique perspective and facilitation capability to the client.
He is a Senior Manager within the resources, construction and power generation industries. Skilled in understanding and managing critical risks with an innate capacity to scrutinise core issues, devise creative and realistic solutions, while stimulating buy-in and support from key stakeholders. Roy is skilled in operational and strategic leadership and is able to build strong, effective long-lasting stakeholder relationships.
Roy joined Increva in 2023 with a wealth of knowledge to expand Increva’s hybrid power capacity.

Tom Brown
Project Manager
Tom is a highly experienced power generation specialist and project manager with more than 15 years of experience delivering complex energy solutions for the resources sector. Having successfully delivered over 28 power stations, he brings strong expertise in project design, delivery, commissioning, and long-term operational improvement.
Since joining Increva in 2024, Tom has become a trusted adviser to multiple mining clients, providing ongoing and highly valued support to owner’s teams across the planning, development, and optimisation of critical power infrastructure.
Chris Hood
Project Manager / Construction Manager
Chris is an experienced Project Manager and Construction Professional with an electrical background and considerable experience on medium scale power and infrastructure projects across the resources sector. With demonstrated leadership skills, stakeholder engagement, contractor management and site management expertise, Chris has the ability to ensure works are completed safely and on time and to a high-quality standard.
Since joining Increva in 2024, Chris has held client-side Project/Construction Manager roles for the construction/upgrade of power stations at operational sites including Mt Magnet Gold and Karratha power station (turbine decommissioning and relocation).
