The Manono Lithium and Tin Project is located 500 km north of Lubumbashi in the south of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in central Africa. The Project evaluation has included mining and production of Spodumene, and further downstream processing to produce Lithium Sulphate and Lithium Hydroxide. The Project scope includes all supporting infrastructure and transportation planning.
Increva’s team provided:
- Pre-FID phase project definition including contractor engagement and development of the implementation plan for the Project
- Development of project schedule and reporting protocols
- Prepared contracting plan and template suite for project execution
- Compiled contract special conditions and schedules, and participated in contract negotiations
- Development of HSE management system for the Project, including the development of an HSE management plan, procedures, forms, and training modules.
- Early works management including village construction and strategic equipment ordering.
